Blue Scale is used to test colour fastness of cloths or leather exposed to light.
The Blue Scale is a card 13×4,5cm with 8 sticked blue scale gradations in pure wool, which allows to determine the resistance of the color of fabrics or leathers to the action of an artificial light source (Xenon lamp, Xenotest, Sunlight Test, etc).

INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS: UNI EN ISO 105 from B01 to B08, IUF 402, DIN 75202, AATCC, etc.

The Blue Scale is a card with 8 sticked blue scale gradations in pure wool, which allows to determine the resistance of the color of fabrics or leathers to the action of an artificial light source (Xenon lamp, Xenotest or Sunlight Test).
The value of the light fastness depending on the type of fabric / leather and the quantity of the pigment used.
To verify the light fastness needs to compare the fabric / leather with the tonality of the blue standards.
The values present in the blue scale start from the lowest (1 = low solidity) to the highest (8 = maximum solidity).

Also available are:

– Individual degrees of the blue scale: Nr. 1, Nr. 2, Nr. 3, Nr.4, Nr.5, Nr.6, Nr.7 and Nr.8;
– LFS mounting Card OBA free 13×4.5cm (200 pack) or 14cm x 7cm (100 per Pack);
 – Humidity control fabric 25x15cm.
